Gurvinder Kaur, DMD

Dr. Gurvinder Kaur is a board-certified pediatric dentist who creates a calm, friendly, and positive dental experience where children feel safe and confident. She connects with kids at their level and uses patience, clear communication, and a little humor to help ease dental anxiety and build trust.

Dr. Kaur earned her dental degree from the Manipal College of Dental Sciences in India where she completed a three-year Master’s program in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry. She practiced pediatric dentistry in India for several years before moving to the United States to complete her pediatric dentistry residency at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She received the Richard Pugh Award for scoring in the top 3% nationwide on the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry qualifying exam.

She is an active leader within the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, serving as a Consultant to the Council on Clinical Affairs and as a member of the Committee on Special Health Care Needs, where she contributes to national policy development and education initiatives.

Outside the office, Dr. Kaur enjoys staying active, traveling, listening to music, enjoying live theater, and exploring new cultural experiences.
