Not only do we desire to provide the finest care possible, but also, our goal includes providing financial services that do not cause undue hardship.

When appointments are scheduled for treatment, financial arrangements will be fully discussed with you so that you, as the patient, understand the financial commitment for the value of the dentistry that you will receive. Konikoff Kids does expect patients to pay their portion at the time of the service, including co-pays and deductibles.

If your treatment is extensive, financial coordinators are available to help you with meeting the financial commitment of your dental work. Please see below for more information.

To financially achieve your dental treatment, you can take advantage of several dental financial programs that we offer, such as Wells Fargo and Chase healthcare finance plans. In certain situations, these plans offer financing at 0% interest with an approved credit application. Patients can apply for dental financing in the office via a secured phone or online. The application process takes an easy 10 minutes.
Konikoff Kids requires payment in full for all services rendered at the time of the visit, unless other arrangements have been made with our financial coordinators.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Flex Benefits medical card, personal check and/or cash.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a billing statement every month when your account holds a balance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Although you may have made payments during your treatment, any remaining balance after your insurance benefit becomes your responsibility.

We make every possible effort to work with you very closely in your financial commitment to excellent dental health. However, if your commitments are broken, you will be responsible for any additional fees in our attempts to collect on your account balance. Many times, however, a simple telephone call can clear away any financial misunderstandings, so we encourage communication about financial matters.
